Annette at Yoga Aspirations offers group yoga classes in five week programs.

The next five week Yoga for Happiness program at Townsville South State School runs from 18 August to 15 September 2022 on Thursday evenings from 6.30-8.00pm (90 minutes). The cost is $100 for the five week program.

The next five week Yoga to Refresh and Relax program runs from 19 August to 16 September 2022 on Friday evenings from 6.00-7.00pm (60 minutes) at Townsville South State School. The cost is $90 for the five week program. This class is suitable for those new to yoga as well as people with previous yoga experience.

Private classes are also available. The cost is $130 for a 90 minute private session, which includes a take home plan.

Gift certificates are available for programs and private classes.
