Participant Comments about Annette at Yoga Aspirations

"I love Annette's classes. Whilst providing expert guidance, she gives you the freedom to practice yoga in your own way.  There are always options so I never feel pressure to do the difficult postures or suffer through the ones that are uncomfortable or unsuitable for me. Most of all I love how these classes make me feel inside - happy and at peace." (Angela S.)

"After months of excruciating pain and the inability to perform normal everyday activities with a frozen shoulder, I turned to an alternative therapy, yoga.  Under the expert guidance of Yoga teacher Annette Field, though gentle postures, breathing techniques and relaxation, I am now pain free and the frozen shoulder has been healed.  Come try a class, you will be amazed how beneficial yoga can be after a stressful day or week." (Gloria D.)

"I was introduced to Annette’s yoga classes through Live Life Get Active and I quickly became interested in doing more work with her. I love that she so skilfully and generously shares her extensive knowledge of yoga, mantras and meditation with her students." (Deb J.)

"Not only are the yoga classes fun and challenging, Annette’s teaching style is highly motivating. Her calm manner and easy to follow instruction have been highly motivating, inspiring me to continue yoga practice and achieve improvements to my physical and mental health." (Vera H.)
